You can register for the Open show, the Dressage show, or BOTH shows with one registration! Please read the instructions below for how to sign up, enter classes and pay for your entry!
Click HERE for the online registration site, and then follow the directions below to set up an account.
Directions for entry:
- Sign up for an account with Ring Radar. If you have an account, sign in. If you do not, create one.

- To create an account, press the Sign Up link in the second arrow above and it will take you to this screen. Enter your information and press continue. You will get a confirmation email and be sure to click the link in the email to confirm your account.

​
​- Once you confirm your account, it will prompt you back to the sign in page. Enter your email and password. The page that pulls up will be the show page. From here, you want to click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner and it will open
up a page where you can enter horses, people, and shows.

​
​​​- Once you enter your horses and peoples, you can now pick the show you want to enter. You can go to My Shows on the left side (see above) and scroll the shows to find the Walk Trot Canter Show. On the left side of the show information will be a menu. Click on Classes and this will take you to the class list (see below).
To enter classes, click on Add Entry and this will open up to where you can enter the classes.

​- This is the screen where you will enter horse and rider information, your classes, and add and review the fees. For Open Show entries, please keep track of your classes as this will be important for class fees and check out.

​- Once you have entered all of your classes and reached the Add and Review Fees, a list will show up of the fees for stalls, ground fee, office fee, class fee, and others. Please see the list below. ***may not be in alphabetical order on your screen***

​
- The class fees for the dressage show will automatically be added. If you are not a member, please add the L - Non-Member Fee per Dressage Class to the number of classes you entered. ​
- The class fees for the Open Show are based on Member, Non-Member status, and number of classes. Add the number of classes entered to the line that reflects your membership status. If you a Member and your class entries are less than 8, use the H - Member Fee per Open Class and enter the number of classes you entered. If you are a not a Member, use the J - Non-Member Fee Per Open Class. If you are a member and have more than 8 classes, use the I - Member All Day Open Show Fee. If you are not a Member, use the K - Non-Member All Day Open Show Fee.

​- The Office Fee and Processing Fee are the only mandatory fees. If you are showing in both the Open Show and Dressage, please add F - Office Fee - Extra Day for $10.00.
*** You must add either the Stall Fee (A) or Grounds Fee (G)***
Once you have added up the fees, you will need to use the Check Out button on the
left side of the screen on the Show Information page.

The top half of the check out page will look like this-

You have to check the box next to your entry. Checking this box highlights the Actions drop down menu at the top-

If you entered a credit card, click on the Attach Card button. If you did not enter a credit card, or you did not click on the Attach Card, you can click on Proceed to Check out and it will take you to the payment page where you can enter your credit card-​

Once you enter your credit card information, press pay and your entry will update as paid.
**If you do not want to use the credit card system in Ring Radar, you can Venmo or PayPal us the
entry fees. Please be aware you are not officially entered until the entry fees have been paid.
